We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization working to improve the living conditions of populations in DR Congo. In the realization of a divine vision, in response to a need for justice towards the most vulnerable people of our different sections of the population in the Democratic Republic of Congo, we created in 2007, the Gracieuse Tosungana Foundation.

Tosungana reflects the idea of ​​actions that emerge from a spirit of mutual aid.

Aware that the strength of a company lies not in simple declarations, but rather in the realization of concrete actions and the support of development initiatives, we have federated our efforts to build this structure of sharing and support for the populations more disadvantaged, through solidarity.

Since its creation, thanks to the collective work, the Gracieuse Tosungana Foundation, through a multisectoral approach, has succeeded in meeting major development challenges, especially in the less well-off neighborhoods of Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Badara neighborhood , in the commune of N’Sele, where our pilot projects are located.

We consider that happiness exists only in the sharing of our capacities, competences, our values ​​and assets with our fellow men who live in the most precarious conditions. In this we can build a more just society.

We also believe that the best way to end inequalities is to help the most disadvantaged take responsibility for their future.

Finally, we are convinced that by uniting the strengths of each other we can accomplish great things; in this great outpouring of solidarity, together we want to build a better world!
